If you have purchased a product (template or pack) from our online Design Shop, you may easily download and install your item easily by following the instructions below.
Step 1:
After Checkout, please return to the "My Account" section (top right corner of the webpage) and login (if necessary).
Step 2:
Once logged in, click on the "review past orders" under "Order History / Downloads" option. A list of products you have purchased that are ready for you to download will appear.
Step 3:
Click on the download link (choose "Windows" or "Mac" option) to the far right of the listed product. The product will then instantly begin downloading to your computer's hard drive.*
Step 4:
Locate the file that was downloaded on your computer, click to open and begin installation. Simply follow the on-screen prompts until the installation is complete. Please make sure that your My Memories Suite software is closed prior to installation.
The product you have installed is now available for use the next time you open the My Memories Suite software.
NOTES:
You are sent an automatic email with every online purchase that includes download instructions (similar to those outlined above) and a link to your online account.
If for some reason you should need to download products again, the products you have purchased will be available for re-download in your "order history" for a limited time. After that time has expired, you may need to contact Tech Support to reacquire the product for another download.
* The setting you have chosen in your web browser predetermines the location of where items are downloaded on your computer's hard drive and are not related to any setting used by the website. The computer's desktop is usually the location of choice for downloads in most browsers.
